1. Who we are

The controller of personal data collected through this website is RZ Performance Ltd (Ер Зет Пърформанс ООД), EIK 208672757, 9 Logachka St., Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: hello@rzperformance.eu.

2. What we collect and why

  • Enquiry and meeting-request forms. Your name, company, role, email, phone (optional), website (optional) and message. We use this only to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare or discuss a business relationship. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Email. If you write to us directly, we process your email and its contents for the same purpose.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Spam protection. To stop abuse of our forms, we keep a short-lived counter linked to a salted, one-way hash of your IP address. The raw IP address is not stored by the form, and counters are deleted after 24 hours.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own server; no data is sent to third-party font or analytics services. If we introduce privacy-friendly, cookieless statistics in the future, we will update this section first.

4. Who receives your data

Form submissions are delivered by email to our team at rzperformance.eu. Our website and email are hosted by SuperHosting.BG in Bulgaria (EU), acting as our processor. We do not sell your data or share it with brands or other third parties without your consent.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, write to hello@rzperformance.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or the supervisory authority in your EU country.

7. Trademarks

Brand names and logos shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the products we distribute and do not imply any further affiliation or endorsement.
